Kostaki Aggeliki

Aggeliki Kostaki is a graduate of two postgraduate programs at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), in Banking for Executives and Human Resource Management. She is also a senior researcher at the IST Lab/OIS (Information Systems Technology Laboratory / Organizational Information Systems) of the Department of Management Science and Technology at AUEB. She has over 30 years of professional experience in the banking sector, specializing in the study, development, and implementation of Information Systems.

Aggeliki is a certified SAP solution consultant and SAP instructor through the SAP UCC-UA program (SAP University Competence Centers / University Alliance). She is also a certified Moodle course developer (MCCC), a Microsoft program advisor and instructor under the MSLE University Alliance program, a certified ESG consultant, and an accredited adult trainer (LAEK). She has more than 25 years of experience in adult education, working with both professionals and students.

Since November 2021, she has been working as a consultant in the broader public sector, focusing on topics such as KPIs, Information Systems, Operational Risk Management (ORM), ESG/CSRD compliance, and Business Process Management/Redesign (BPM/BPR).

Since October 2022, she has been a member of the Official Teaching Personnel Registry of the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), delivering modules on: Public Sector Human Resources Management and Development, Operational Risk Management and Civil Protection, Software Applications in Public Administration, and Educational Program Design, Evaluation, and Research.

As a specialized business consultant, she has participated—and continues to participate—in projects in both the public and private sectors.

Her main research and professional interests include: Operational Risk Management, ERP Systems and IT Applications, as well as Organizational Change Management, Business Process Management, Analysis and Optimization, and Adult Education.
