Short Overview
The program "Data Analysis and Automation for Executives in Supply Chain Management" focuses on leveraging modern tools and techniques for data analysis and process automation in the supply chain sector. Participants will gain hands-on experience with Power BI, a powerful tool for data analysis and the creation of dynamic reports and dashboards that provide insights and enable real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.
In addition, the program will extensively utilize Power Automate to automate repetitive processes, such as data management, notifications, and document workflows, saving time and reducing errors. These tools will be complemented by Excel, essential for data organization and processing, and SharePoint/OneDrive, which will be used for secure data storage and file sharing to enhance collaboration.
Practical examples of application include:
- Creating automated dashboards with Power BI to monitor inventory, orders, and distribution metrics.
- Automating order processing workflows or supplier communications using Power Automate.
- Integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., Excel, SharePoint) for analysis and decision-making.
- Real-time file sharing and collaboration through OneDrive and SharePoint, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
This program is highly practical, focusing on real-world scenarios that empower participants to enhance their effectiveness and apply newly acquired skills directly to their professional roles.
Learning Goals
Upon completion of the program, the trainee will be in the position to:
- Utilize Power BI to create dashboards for monitoring key supply chain performance indicators, such as inventory levels, delivery times, and order management.
- Automate supply chain processes using Power Automate, including supplier communication, order tracking, and alerts for critical changes.
- Process and analyze supply chain data with Excel, leveraging Pivot Tables and charts to make informed decisions.
- Use SharePoint and OneDrive for centralized storage and secure sharing of supply chain data, enhancing teamwork and transparency.
- Apply these tools to practical scenarios, such as optimizing distribution, tracking demand, and forecasting warehouse needs, improving overall supply chain performance.
Program Value
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will gain skills in using modern tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and SharePoint, enhancing their ability to analyze data, automate processes, and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, they will be equipped to optimize efficiency and boost their competitiveness in the supply chain sector.

Evaluation Method And Final Grade Computation
There will be a case study graded on a scale of 0 to 100, and a successful evaluation requires a score of at least 50/100. Scores in the range of 50–75 receive the designation “Good”, scores from 76–90 receive the designation “Very Good”, and scores from 91–100 receive the designation “Excellent.”
Learning Method Description
The program uses the educational method of eLearning: learning takes place entirely asynchronously (i.e., on days and at times that suit the trainee, without mandatory attendance at a specific time or day), exclusively remotely (using a dedicated educational platform via the internet and a computer from the trainee’s own space), and through the use of digital educational tools such as interactive self-assessment exercises and other eLearning tools that ensure effective and flexible individual self-learning. The educational material of the program is made available at specific time periods, according to the learning path being followed, and thereafter remains accessible on the learning platform without restrictions throughout the duration of the program.
